More importantly, you can perform a cited reference search, which is unique to this database. Web of Science is ideal for tracking the evolution of a topic and will help your research in Biology 152.

Although you can find sources for your paper by searching on author, title, institution, etc., it may be better to use a larger science database like Medline or Biological Abstracts for subject searching.
