National Policy and Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging at Florida International University
Includes many documents on older adult nutrition and a few nutrition education resources appropriate for teaching this audience. The National Policy and Resource Center aims to reduce malnutrition and food insecurity.

Go to this site for information on older adults who eat vegetarian. Site is highly rated by Tufts Nutrition Navigator, although it is slightly biased toward plant-based meals.
